Although this position is remote right now, it has required me to be in Belize for as long as 1 month at a time. Being away from my family that long is not something that works for me. in addition, the nature of the work I’m doing right now is not as challenging as I would like. I was sufficiently challenged in this role and loved who I worked with. Unfortunately, Naylor began to cut back on management staff and divvy responsibilities among existing managers which ultimately made the work load unmanageable. I was headhunted for the role at Naylor Association Solutions and loved the opportunity that was presented to me. It ended up being a fantastic opportunity for professional growth where I learned a great deal. Financial Services Manager NOTT Autocorp, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada 12/2015 - 12/2016 (1 year )
This position required 55-60 hours per week in office and my kids were young at the time. The demand on my time and energy was too costly. Account Executive TD Bank- Auto Finance, Toronto, Ontario 01/2010 - 12/2015 (5 years 11 months)
I was no longer challenged by this position. I was able to complete my work in 3-4 days per week. I felt like I needed to seek something that was more challenging but also uncapped in terms of earning potential as this was a commission based role. |

If I had $1M dollars...

If I were given a million dollars with the rule that I would give it away, I would give it to the homeless shelters in Winnipeg. We have such severe weather in our city and so many people that are un-housed. I'd want to start a project to create housing for them, to have an apartment style complex that gives them safety and protection from the elements and an opportunity to provide for themselves. |
