Although this position is remote right now, it has required me to be in Belize for as long as 1 month at a time. Being away from my family that long is not something that works for me.

I was sufficiently challenged in this role and loved who I worked with. Unfortunately, Naylor began to cut back on management staff and divvy responsibilities among existing managers which ultimately made the work load unmanageable.

This position required 55-60 hours per week in office and my kids were young at the time. The demand on my time and energy was too costly.

  • Earned top performer awards in Western Canada, 3 consecutive years by prioritizing relationships with clients and proactively responding to their needs. 
I was no longer challenged by this position. I was able to complete my work in 3-4 days per week. I felt like I needed to seek something that was more challenging but also uncapped in terms of earning potential as this was a commission based role.

If I had $1M dollars... Tap to View

If I were given a million dollars with the rule that I would give it away, I would give it to the homeless shelters in Winnipeg.  We have such severe weather in our city and so many people that are un-housed.  I'd want to start a project to create housing for them, to have an apartment style complex that gives them safety and protection from the elements and an opportunity to provide for themselves.
